Bill Henderson

Mr. Henderson brings over 25 years of health care industry experience to this project opportunity. For the last 15 years, he was SVP for LIBERTY Dental Plan. LIBERTY was acquired by Private Equity firm Welsch, Carson, Anderson & Stow plus Anthem.

He brings experience in the areas of operations, product development, launching of new products, customer service/provider affairs and government compliance. He has considerable expertise in the development and implementation of Indemnity, Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid programs. Mr. Henderson is the past Chairperson for Texas Department of Insurance Solvency Committee and on the Legislation Committee for the Texas TPA Association.
