James Bailey

James (Jim) Bailey is the President/CEO of Client Focused Strategies. He led sales and marketing at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield for 41 years, serving as SVP and Chief Marketing Officer. He has served on boards of companies including BCBSA Blue Health Intelligence and community service organizations including Junior Achievement. Jim is now focused on supporting innovators in healthcare to bring their solutions to market. He is excited to contribute his decades of experience to the Delfina team.
